Diary entry from: 16 September 2008 18.06.08 Today I started my day by having half a grape fruit and a slice of brown toast with marmite, then i took my daily 15 vitamins, followed my a EAS tropical energy bar, then I made up an isotonic drink andheaded for the gym. Arms:- level 2 - 30 mins = .8 of a mile Legs:- level 3 - 10 mins level 5 - 20 mins level 7 - 10 mins level 8 - 20 mins = 14.2 miles pyramid profile - level 8 - 30 mins = 8.4 miles which was a grand total of 22.6 miles in and hour and a half..that was a good work out, thank god I had EAS to get me through it.
19.06.08 Legs:- level 3 - 10 mins level 5 - 20 mins level 7 - 10 mins level 8 - 20 mins = 13.9 miles pyramid profile - level 8 - 30 mins = 8.4 miles
