Hi everyone..I hope you are all doing good.

I have been very busy in the gym.

My new gym is called Riptide on Brighton beach and Matt who owns it is a top geezer.

He has a lot  a lot of patience and is great with me

I am doing loads of floor work there and upper body to strengthen my arms and help me to speak clearer as my breathing changes  ..

Next year I plan to walk the Marathon so its importanat I strenghten my upper body in the gym and my legs.

I plan to ask several of my friends in the world of showbiz to  walk some part of  it with  me ...to help raise money for Kids With Lukemia and The Eddie Kidd Foundation.

And some our Armed Forces boys/ Marines and Army and  anyone else is welcome to join ...

So far as I am behind with my blog (SORRY!)

I have in my gym at home  cylcled so far the following:

• February...26.2 miles in 2 hours and 35 minutes
• March.... 1043.43 in 8 hours and 5 minutes
• April... 60.5 in 4 hours.20 minutes...
• May 75.7 in 4 hours..

I  did an Interview with the Sunday mirror and Sam and one of my new carers Lisa Bangert ...  but John Terry was a naughty boy... So they didnt print it !!  In my day he wouldnt have stood a chance!!

Ps, he plays for a crap team should be Arsenal of course then he might have a chance!! lol.

I went to see my friend Uri Gellar to give me a  kick up the ass!! He gave me a lovely special edition crystal set  And bent a spoon for Sam.. My pa Harry was quite shocked!

One of my best mates Mouley came down to see me and my mate Alan..

Then I went on sunday 14th March to Brighton Madeira Drive to meet my mate Lloyd Bailey. He gave me a medal for my part in the London Brighton  Veteran car run last November. We had a lunch and the weather was not as crappy as on the day of the run!!

Then later in the week I had dentist.  SHIT Happens!! He said I was   best patient he ever had .. didnt move an inch .. But then.... I am a stunt man.

Then on 30th March I went to dinner with new friends Nina and Christopher. Christopher has celebral palsy and Nina his mum and him have set up a charity to help disabled children called WHOOPS A DAISY.. I have just become Patron of this charity so will keep you posted..We had quite a few bottles  of wine that night  but thankfuly Christopher has a stair lift so that helped me down!!

April 9th I went to see mu mum and my sister.. we got stuck in loads of trafic and got there late at 930pm!! After home made lasagne we were off to bed ready for  next day

April 10th I went Coventry and did a show The extreme sports show.. I could not believe it the comentater... Alan wallis was my old comentator... Back in the 80,s good to see him again.

Saw my mate Banger  soon to be my best man at my wedding  for breakfast before the long drive home again.

April 18th I did bikers in paradise  .. My friend   Steve and Peter Sampson,s place.. Paradise Wildlife Park..I had my 50th there last year and am getting married there later this year...

I saw my sister  and her boyfriend there was good to see them..

April 21st had to go for some tests at hospital  this is a neurological re-assesment to see if I can be given any more help with speech /physio theraphy...

An M O T.... 1st one since my crash!

I have had a nightmare all this time  with my ucking car!! It has been back and forth to the garage in Birmingham ( it blew up near there).  Lesson to be  learnt .. Tow it to your local garage before having the work done.. because  whenever it goes wrong you are nearby..

Three times it came back..  If you remember it has been November when this started.. I still have a courtsey car from a local garage now ..as that one .. (Will tell you more next blog!!)

Though they left me without a car for over 8 weeks before... Had to cancel so much.. as my car is my lifeline..

If you are disabled you know what I mean!

I took on a new pa so have a good team now at last..This one is a bit of a geezer!!  He is helping me with gym work and walking..He is a funny geezer...

Sat 24th April went to Christopher's 18th (whoops a daisy). He had a wicked party and  was good to see him enjoying himself.

I met some old friends there too  Chris Ellison who l worked with on  On TwoGolden Balls and The Bill when I was a stuntman.

I also met Carol Harrison who is  real glamour puss!

Sadly during this time I had some verybad news... My friend Charger  a Hells Angel had a bad bike crash and this killed him..

He was to be one of my two best men at my wedding so this left a void for me and Sam.. Though I still have one  of my best mates  Tony Banger  Walsh as my best man ... Who is a legend!!

We went to Chargers funeral on May 1st was a lovely service .. R.I.P Charger A.F.F.A...

Had more tests May 12th ans was very ill afterwards.. I had a lumberpuncture.. It made me realy sickly and  ill it was very uncomfortable.. I wish it on no-one ever .. But it can help...

Not my case however  it was a process of elimination.

Then I did B M F show in Peterbourgh to try to raise money for charity...

But was still sick and threw up all the way home yuk!

Went to hospital again to chase up speech and pyshio .. so let you know what happens..

My sister came to see for weekend that was lovely..

Last Satuday I did a Help For Heroes fundraiser .. They raised 1300 so they had a good day..it was hot  and I had two old pa,s come to say hello..

This week I have had pyshio and walked on my Bars at home too. I have done  3 laps and will step it up this week onwards..

I'm hoping to see my children and grandchildren this weekend..   Hope you all enjoy the sunny weather.. I will be back in two weeks with an dairy blog update..
